ALL:
  Is there a bug in Workbench or Kickstart 1.3 that causes
the borders on a disk windows fuel gauge to disappear?
My system has one particular disk drive gauge that is not
refreshed (i.e. the white line bordering the guage on the
right is missing) when I load dpaint3 via clicking on 
an icon in that drawer (a pictures icon). Exiting dp3
leaves the gauge missing a piece until a refresh is
done.
