Telnet fails to handle CR properly for telnet sessions from our
terminal server to Apollo, which is the main method of accessing
our Apollos. I think the problem actually lies in telnetd, but for
Apollo-Apollo telnet, it does work properly. The terminal server telnet
works properly to SGI, IBM and SUN systems.
