AE managed to construct the card so that it does not work with Ingenuity's products. According to their tech support line, they do not know why it doesn't, and have no plans to find out. The impression I got from AE was "get off our phone line, OK?" The only suggestion I have for you is to sell the Ramkeeper. Buy a UPS instead, they're getting down to less than $200 now and will provide protection for your whole system, not just your RAM disk.
