I just found my notes about the tech manual.  The pofo is handled by
Atari's spcecial products division  (1-800-443-8020), specifically
by Gail Johnson (1-408-745-2568).  When I bought it (almost a year ago),
it cost $60, for the tech ref guide and int 61h emulator tsr.  The
