    Dear Jan,
       I am on a British Vax running VMS on Janet. All my stuff has
    to go through gateways to get to America. I can just about remember
    how I subscribed to Handhelds; it was something to do with sending
    'subscribe handhelds' to the mailserver somewhere or other. How
    can I join in the fun on your new discussion group ? I do not
    get the things I have seen referred to as 'news' whatever they are,
    and I certainly don't get new groups suddenly 'appearing' on my
    system as some people seem to. What I need is an ftp site that I
    can send a subscribe message to. I look forward to joining in!
