From the Hewlett-Packard Journal Sept 1987, Vol 38 Number 9 page 12:

	"The execution unit [of an HP Precision Architecture cpu] produces
	32-bit results for the arithmetic, logical, extract, and deposit
	instructions."

page 14:

	"All components of the data path are 32 bits wide."
