SA. Lines: 16 I have started having problems with my old 21MB MINISCRIBE hard disk. Sometimes on powerup the motor won't start up. After tearing most of my hair out, I decided to attempt to fix it myself. There was a small rotating arm with a label above marked 'DO NOT ROTATE'. After rotating it as far as it would go, the disk started up normally ! Could there be some sort of bad connection in there, or is my disk basically ready for that big CPU in the sky ? The problem seems to be getting worse and worse and the disk won't powerup more often. Is there anything I can do to slow down its demise ? PLEASE HELP! -- ------- Grant S.
