Hi, I have a question about my monitor setup:
it is a Packard Bell PB8531V (.31mm dot pitch) VGA analog monitor..
Somehow, after I upgrade my VGA card to 512K. For 640X480 /256 color,
the monitor cannot display with stable screen. According to the spec provided,
it should be able to handle the resolution. What will be the problem?
There are three vertical size adjustments, do i need adjust them?
