Well; it's up to you, but I would return or sell the monitor.
I remember getting the Packard bell VGA monitor with .41 mm dot pitch.  After
seeing such a blurry screen, I decided that I would never again buy a Packard
Bell monitor.  In my opinion, they should never be allowed to call such a thing
a VGA monitor.  They only fool unknowledgable people into thinking that VGA
offers a blurry picture.
