This message is regaurding the 80386DX and 82380 support chip.

I can't get my interrupt routines going, I have the timers working, but the
interrupt routines won't work.  If you have any ideas at all, please send
e-mail to DUDEY@iago.caltech.edu.  I'm running this project on the Intel 
emulator at a CLK2 speed of 12MHz.
