I was the one who said this was a disk error message. The 9xxx
are FLOPPY not hard disk errors. It's time to spend the money
to have a repair shop look at the system. You got a hardware
problem. It can be as simple as a loose cable or as bad as a 
bad motherboard.  It's time to have someone with hardware expertise 
take a hands on look at the system.
