DOS 5.0 is available for both compatibles and IBM.  With this version 
development control was given back to Microsoft and they have packaged a 
PC-DOS and MS-DOS product. The PC-DOS 5.0 is strink wrapped in an IBM logo 
package.  For those near an Egghead software store they are running a great 
rebate program until the first week of July.  If you already 4.0 and 
PC-Tools and QEMM then it may not be worth your while to upgrade.  That is 
basically what 5.0 is with a different dosshell and editor.
