I had an SE/30 (a IIx without the slots) running something like this combo.
Except I was using "Server" addressing, not "Dynamic"; Apple uses "Dynamic"
to mean "Random", and uses "Server" for what everybody else calls "Dynamic".

Try "Server", and see if the problem goes away.

Now, an identical setup with a Plus instead of an SE/30 is really bad news
for me performance-wise (though it does work, sort of).
