The DeskWriter uses DTR handshaking at 57.6Kbaud and unfortunately
the Macintosh does not reliably handshake at 57.6Kbaud under
virtual memory.   Until this is fixed or a workaround is done to the
DeskWriter driver, turn off virtual memory.
