This board is top of the line and would probably be too much for you. It is a 16 channel device with 16 bit ADC resolution, four programmable gains, and a maximum rate of 56 ksamples/sec. National Instruments does have less expensive boards, however. I'm sure they'll send you their catalog if you call them. They're located in Austin and can be reached at 512-794-0100.
