Message-ID: <1991Jun12.231722.10625@midway.uchicago.edu> Date: 12 Jun 91 23:17:22 GMT Sender: news@midway.uchicago.edu (NewsMistress) Distribution: comp.sys.mac.misc Organization: University of Chicago Lines: 31 I just printed out a compatibility report for my IIci to see if my applications are compatible under System 7.0, and there are nine applications which came out in the "Must Upgrade" category. These are: Aldus Freehand 2.02 StuffIt Deluxe 1.5.1 Microphone II 1.5 THINK Pascal 3.0 Font/DA Mover 3.6 Hypercard 1.2.5 SUM Tools 2.0 Clinic 2.0.2B SAM Intercept 2.0.2B Now, I know that Font/DA mover and Hypercard are taken care of, but I have a question about the others. I just ordered an upgrade of SAM Intercept to 3.0, and it cost me $29. Is it necessary to upgrade these files, and if so, is there an easier way to do it than shelling out $15-?? per application? I REALLY want to upgrade to System 7.0, but I want to use these applications (especially StuffIt, Microphone, and THINK Pascal) also. Please help me!
