The ".zoo" format is the archive format used by the usenet comp.binaries.ibm.pc newsgroup. A simple decoder, "looz212.exe" by Rahul Dhesi, is included in uuencoded format in one of the monthly "Starter Kit" postings to c.b.i.p.
