I kept wondering why the patches to Suitcase II weren't enabling me to use it under System 7. Everytime I'd try, I'd get the same error; something like "bad F-line instruction" and the Mac would halt. I finally found that the problem was Smart Alarms. I'm starting to get annoyed since I've had to replace SA once at System 6 due to incompatibilities and now it appears I have to repeat. In particular Jam wasn't offering much of an upgrade policy, I effectively had to buy a new copy. -- Douglas S.
