Does anyone have a copy of tn-90-04.hqx which was (presumably) on apple.com
some time before they ran out of disk space?  In particular, I want the
"IIfx inside story" TN.  I have been trying to get it off and on since
last year, but I haven't seen it on any archives.  Many of the TNs in
that release were updated.  I guess that apple deleted it believing that
they had ALL been updated.  I did find the Feb 90 TNs in an archive
somewhere, which is why I believe the TN I want was in the April release.
(ftp.apple.com tn directory is still not online).

Also, does anyone know how to print the TNs without needing to edit the
footer using a Mac II?  The old MacWrite crashes, MacWrite II mangles
the footer, and the new MacWrite mangles it differently.
