I currently only have the 2.0 stantard release and I would like to start
using Csound. For that, I need the C preprocessor and the C compiler
(with libraries?) from the 2.0 extented. I know some people who have the
extented release. If somebody happens to know what files should I copy,
I would be most thankful to get that information. 

(I will install the whole extented release later, but I don't know if I
can do it yet.)
