I've found that Windows runs fairly slow in the SoftPC window.  This really  
should be no surprise, as SoftPC is "advertised" as having AT-class equiv.  
performance.  Most of the PC users trying to use WIndows 3.0 on 286 machines  
are not satisfied with performance.
