Bucki) Organization: St. Olaf College Lines: 38 Hello, I'm installing NW 386 v3.11 on a Epson 386/20 with a Procompt DCB that is _supposed to_ work with the disk driver dsk.drv supplied with the 386 disks. Previouslyu this server had Novell 2.25 on it using the same configuration. I started up the server from disk like the documentation shows, named it, assigned the server an address and then began loading the disk driver. Load lika-so: load a:\dsk.drv It says: Loading module DCB.DSK Netware 386 DCB Device Driver Version 3.11 February 12, 1991 Copyright 1991, Novell, Inc. All rights reserved. Disk Coprocessor Initialization Error: ------>>>*Read Routine had error Reading FirmWare Module Initialization Failed. Module DCB.DSK NOT Loaded. Any ideas? Should I look into replacing the board? One other thing: When I first tried loading the driver, I used an outdated driver that came with the board (V1.900105) It told me that the module was using 13 outdated API calls. And that I should upgrade. It also failed and gave the above message. Thanks Much, Jonathan Bucki St. Olaf College
