Call Dayna Communications in Salt Lake City, Utah, and ask for the
DL2000 driver.  They will probably send it to you for free (that's how
we got it).  The latest version is 3.14.  Their phone number is
(801) 972-2000 and their fax number is (801) 972-6955.

You can also ask them about compatibility issues.  For example the
DL2000 can not be installed in a server with a 3Com 3C503 Ethernet
board.
