This gives us complete compatibility with the de facto standard in our field, LaTeX, while allowing us to use SGML tools, such as Author/Editor, to prepare documents. LaTeX, and our SGML reconstruction of it, include a "letter" document type which may be suitable for your purposes. Let me know if your interested in more information. Thomas F.
