Has anybody seen this message?  Do you know what it tries to tell me?

I write my thesis using LaTeX, with one root file and a seperate file
for each chapter.  When I compile the text with LaTeX everything appears 
normal, but after LaTeX has finished writing the .aux-files this message
pops up.

The .log-file says:

	(xxx.aux)(yyy.aux))
	LaTeX Warning: Label(s) may have ......
	(\end occurred inside a group at level 1)
	Here is how much of TeX's memory you used:
	...

It seems that this has no effect on the result, but still I am curious.

Any hints will be appreciated.
