I just looked, and bash 1.08 is on gatekeeper.dec.com. Since you (and many others) don't have Internet access, there is an FTP-by-mail service there. Send a one-line message consisting of the word "help" to ftpmail@gatekeeper.dec.com, and you should get a reply with details of the service. There are a several other archive sites around the Internet with similar services, but I can't remember the addresses. Anyone care to fill in the blanks? Frank
