Thanks to all of those who replied to my question which was :
	What kind of Scheduling Algo. does win3 386 use?

	Everybody replied with the same answer.  Non preemptive
between Window App's, preemptive between Windows and Non-window app's.

	I was looking for an OS that could do real time computing.  I
looked at QNX, but it was too $$$.  Must be able to handle Async I/O.
Window cap's not needed, just extra spice. (cheap-cheap).
