Sorry if this is a FAQ (although it must not be, since it doesn't appear
to be in the FAQ post):

Does anyone know where I can get a description of the interface for
XMS programming?  I basically just need the same kind of interrupt
call list as you find for EMS stuff in most of the MS-DOS programming
books.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
