  Do you guys know why windows does not post a WM_NCLBUTTONUP message?
I get all the other Button related messages 
(i.e. UP/DOWN Left Button   Client area
         DOWN Left Button   NON-Client area
      UP/DOWN Right Button  Client/NON-Client area
      UP/DOWN Middle Button Client/NON-Client area )

I am using the LogiTech serial mouse with the 
newest driver (the old one didn't work either).
