Don't have a fix but I've also had a bug problem with the dialog editor,
occationaly when I resize a dialog, it switches to the hourglass cursor and
doesn't switch back.  It functions, you just have to guess where the hotspot
is.  If you go over the sizing blocks etc, it switches to the hand instead of
the "all direction pointing arrorws".  Again, this doesn't prevent
functionality, it's just a bother.
