I'm trying to launch winqvt from inside one of my progs.  When I try I get
"Network initialization error".  Winqvt does work when I launch the Icon in
ProgMan.  The packet drivers are loaded.  

Here's the code I use:

WinExec("c:\\win3\\winqvt\\wnqvtnet",NULL);

I've tried adding the extention and various "ShowWindow" paramaters as well.
