I am looking for a public-domain software tool which provides the capability
of combining text and images.  Sort-of a TGIF (or MacDraw) tool with image
import capabilities.  (My images are currently sun pixrect format but that can
change if needed).  BTW if it matters I am using X11R4 and OLWM.
