I am about to embark on developing a GUI which is to work on both 
Microsoft Windows and X-Windows. I would prefer a tool which enables 
developing the GUI for both together. I would like the tool NOT
to be a 4gl but to be more like an interface to both windowing
systems, and let me still have the ability to use straight
C (C++) code.
Ideas anyone ?
