I would like a recipe for scallion pancakes.  I saw the earlier posting
for the Hunan scallion pancakes, but that isn't what I'm looking for.
I had some in New York that made me think of a potato pancake, but
filled with scallions.  They were perhaps 4 inches in diameter.

[perhaps they were potato pancakes with lots of scallions? *real* potato
pancakes (IMHO) are brimming with bits of onion, so perhaps the chef
decided to use scallions instead? -aem]
