Huntsville, AL Lines: 14 I am working on a project that will be handheld in size, will drive an LCD display, needs to communicate with a serial port, do floating point calculations, and access a large amount of data on an EPROM. I have considered the MCS-51 family (8031 etc.) because of it's readily available development systems. Who supplies development systems for the 68000? I would like to do the development with a pc based system test bed. Can someone suggest a better solution. I understand how things go together, but am having problems getting started.
