I have heard via other reports that it is a virus made from the outer coating and that it does not not necessarily reduce the symptoms but halts the advance of the disease and seems to spur an immune system reaction. The results are still preliminary as there are no short-term side-effects, etc. but it will take time to see if there are any long-term effects.
