Not an easy task! This is not a typical MS-DOS thing to do, but it's definitely not impossible as you indicate. MS-DOS has had console redirecting for ages. People write TCP/IP stacks (driven by the clock interrupt) on MS-DOS! A TELNET daemon is not impossible to do. BTW, I'm also looking for one ...
