Has anyone out there in internet-land used the Qiagen system of tips& tubes for approx 200 kb plastid DNA purifications, or restriction-fragment 
purification out of 0.7% agarose gels? If so, please respond here
or the mighty Email about it's efficiency and problems. I have a 
Qiagen starter kit which I found in a cupboard and am not sure of i
it's action, so comments are respectfully solicited and highly 
appreciated. Thanks in adv.
