Message-ID: <1991Jun19.093039.521@ac.dal.ca> Date: 19 Jun 91 12:30:39 GMT Organization: Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada Lines: 9 Has anyone out there in internet-land used the Qiagen system of tips& tubes for approx 200 kb plastid DNA purifications, or restriction-fragment purification out of 0.7% agarose gels? If so, please respond here or the mighty Email about it's efficiency and problems. I have a Qiagen starter kit which I found in a cupboard and am not sure of i it's action, so comments are respectfully solicited and highly appreciated. Thanks in adv.
