I did get a couple of replies, but I would still like to get some more info. So here is the question: Would anyone who created or is successfully using an ES in industry send me a 1 paragraph (or so) blurb on its usefulness, limitations, and projections on its future. Another student and I have to do a presentation on "ESs -- How far can they go". We have found very little support that ESs can go beyond limited domains and therefore we would like to receive some examples of how far they have gone. Obviously, there might be some proprietary info that you can not give out. We would like as much info as possible. Please send any replies either to this group (comp.ai) OR to internet: _craig@csil.cs.sfu.ca bitnet: _craig%csil.cs.sfu.ca@relay.cdnnet.ca Thanks, Craig
