I have stepped forward to take the reigns of IRCII version management,
due to Mike's absence from the Internet community.  The source for the
definitive version of IRCII is now:

	freebie.engin.umich.edu:/pub/irc/clients/UNIX

which is also reachable through AFS, via:
/afs/engin.umich.edu/group/engin/caen/ftp/irc/clients/UNIX.

Send all bug reports, suggested patches, etc, to stealth@engin.umich.edu.
I will be upholding Mike Sandrof's copyright provisions, namely that
modifications may be made for local use only.  His absence for application
of bug fixes and modifications does not mean that IRCII will fall into the
pit of version chaos -- that's why I'm here, to keep the code viable and
up to date.

If it becomes necessary, I will also be taking up the IRCII mailing list.
I don't think it will be, however.
