This is the result of a compromise, and I apologise.There was a lot of complaining once about the cost of sending the informational postings to sites in Europe, so on the 1st the full set goes out with distribution 'world,' and on the 15th the starter kit goes out to world, but the rest to 'na' only. What you want is v11inf06, and it will be around again on the 1st.
