Well, this may be a "cleverly constructed insult", as Timo Sami said, but you have just been looking in the wrong manuals....CP 861 is specifically designed for Icelandic, but we can also use CP 850. But why bother with this - the software does not have to do anything special to allow our characters - all we ask for is that programmers do not put in extra code to prevent us from using our language. -frisk
