This is supposed to be a Chinese wordprocessor supporting both traditional and simplified Chinese characters, both 9 and 24 pin printers, and all standard IBM PC graphics cards. Sounds good, right? Unfortunately it doesn't work on my computer, an 8088-based PC clone with a Hercules-type graphics card, running PC DOS 3.2. I get a message about an "overlay error". Somebody else in this newsgroup mentioned a similar problem running CWP under DOS 3.31. Has anybody succeeded in making CWP work? Also, how can I contact the author of CWP? There is no documentation and I didn't save the original posting. -- Stephen G.
