Hello Netland!

Does anyone out there have a line on a Vietnamese text editor/wp (shareware 
or commercial) for IBM PC compatibles (i.e.: one that will handle all those 
Viet accents)?

In other words:
- Is there one?
- What is it called?
- Where can I get a copy from?
- How much does it cost?
(Maybe even, how "good" is it?)
