HELP!  I can't get colour cycling to work on an ATI EGA wonder.  I've
tried all the obvious things like making sure I was using the correct
video mode and I have hunted around the FRACTINT docs but have found
nothing that illuminates the problem.  Is there something that I've
missed or is this a generic problem using FRACTINT on this card?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
