Is anyone out there know about the following book.

    
Author - Cappellini,V., et.al

Title  - "A study on Data Compression Techniques"

Series - Estec Report No. 902/72/AR

The above book is no where in New Zealand so if anyone overseas could tell me 
where I can find it, would be very much appreciated. I need that for my
research reading. Any sort of help most welcome.
