Thiis file explains precisely what Len was *originally* charged with by the federal government. It will be filed in the telecom.security. issues sub-directory in the archives, and will be available for downloading later this week after I put it there. Jim has also agreed to take messages on Len Rose and the editorial comments here over the weekend for anyone interested in continuing the debate.
