I'm not entirely sure if this company has both ends or if the information is transmitted in a reliable manner, but you can certainly ask them such questions. TeleText Communications, (phone 1 408 735 8833) has at least a head-end which runs in a IBM PC Compatible. I've seen it operating on a local TV channel.
