Has anyone written code to convert the timestamp fields returned by
file-attributes into human readable times, like the ctime function in
C would? I'm modifying "dired" to avoid using call-process and read
the directory directly, and I'd rather avoid reinventing the wheel on
this bit. (Lazy? Of course :-)
