O.K. I know that this has probably ben talked about before and that it it
also a subject in the "Frequently Asked Questions" weekly post...BUT...
Although I realise that Paul Heckbert's algorithm in SIGGRAPH '82 is a 
good one, our library here doesn't have these proceedings and I was
hoping someone could either let me know where I can get an electronic
copy OR where I can  find pseudo code OR (even better) Turbo pascal 6.0
code.
